Steady offers optional paid access through an auto-renewing subscription managed by Apple. These terms apply in addition to our Terms of Service and Apple's standard App Store billing rules.
1. What you get
A Steady subscription unlocks the full app, including:
- Unlimited AI coach conversations
- Cycle-aware guidance and symptom patterns
- Full logging history and weekly scorecard
- New features as we ship them
The free tier will continue to include basic dose, weight, and protein tracking.
2. Subscription options and price
Steady will offer a monthly and an annual subscription. Final prices will be set closer to launch and shown in your local currency on the in-app purchase screen before you confirm. The price at checkout is the price you pay — no hidden fees, no surprise renewal rates.
This page will be updated with the specific prices on or before the day Steady opens on the App Store.
3. Free trial
New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and the payment method on your Apple ID is charged for the first period.
Eligibility for the trial is determined by Apple and typically limited to one trial per Apple ID, per subscription group.
4. Auto-renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price. Your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours before each period ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before that time.
If the price changes, Apple will notify you and give you the opportunity to accept the new price or cancel. If you do nothing, the increase takes effect at your next renewal.
5. How to cancel
You cancel your Steady subscription through Apple, not inside Steady. On your iPhone or iPad:
- Open the Settings app
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Tap Steady
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for.
You can also cancel through the App Store on a Mac, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed by Apple under Apple's standard refund policy — the developer does not process refunds directly.
To request a refund:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, or
- On iOS, go to Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History → Report a Problem
Apple makes the final decision on each refund request. Statutory rights (for example, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal) apply where they apply.
7. Account required
A subscription is tied to the Apple ID used to purchase it. If you change Apple IDs, the subscription does not transfer. Family Sharing is supported once we enable it at the App Store — we will update this page when it is available.
8. Pre-launch / founding member access
Before Steady is generally available, a limited number of "founding member" slots may be offered through the waitlist, with early access ahead of the public. Any launch-specific pricing or benefits will be described on the purchase screen before you confirm.
9. Changes to this document
We may update these Subscription Terms. Material changes will be announced by email and inside the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of a paid subscription after that date constitutes acceptance.
